The space

The apartment offers one bedroom with a king-size bed, two full bathrooms and a private balcony with direct ocean views from the 26th floor. A kitchen with stovetop and coffee maker adds flexibility for meals during your stay.

Guests have access to the condominium’s shared beachfront pools, lounge areas and gym. The property is in Puerto Vallarta’s hotel zone with direct beach access. Common facilities are shared with other guests and residents.

Interaction with guests

- All communication must take place via the messaging app. Our agents are available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time, Mexico). We want you to enjoy a pleasant stay; if there is anything we can do to improve your experience, please let us know.

Other things to note

- Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m.; if you arrive after 10 p.m., you will not be able to enter the condominium or the apartment.

- It's important to note that the road is unpaved. Potholes may occur due to rain or truck traffic. Please understand that this is beyond our control; we are not responsible for the road's appearance. However, it is a safe area.
- Park outside, space and safe place.
- We can issue an invoice for tax purposes, just request it!
