Clear costs from the start.

1. Rental management

20% of rental income

Includes marketing, pricing strategy, booking management and guest support.

No fixed monthly management fee. Additional services and administrative tasks are charged separately, as detailed below.

2. Cleaning and maintenance

The cost of these services is not included in the commission. It may be covered by the owner or passed on to the guest, depending on the service and applicable terms.

3. Additional administration billed hourly

Service coordination and other administrative tasks are billed hourly: paying bills, liaising with providers, supervising repairs or attending condominium meetings.

The individual proposal details the hourly rate and scope of additional services.

How do I receive information about my property?

You can view bookings, the calendar, income, expenses and occupancy in the owner portal. We also provide a monthly statement and keep you informed about operations.

How do you set rates?

We use market analysis and dynamic pricing tools to adjust rates to demand and the season.

What is charged in addition to the 20% commission?

There are two additional categories: the cost of services such as cleaning and maintenance, which may be covered by the owner or passed on to the guest as applicable; and our administrative time, billed hourly.

The latter includes tasks such as coordinating services, paying bills, liaising with providers, supervising repairs or attending condominium meetings. The hourly rate and scope are detailed in the individual proposal.

Can I reserve dates to use my property?

Yes. The owner portal lets you check the calendar and block available dates for your own use. We coordinate the property's availability and rental strategy with you.

What do I need to receive a proposal?

Share your contact details, the area or development, property type and number of bedrooms. You can also message us on WhatsApp to discuss your goals and next steps.
