- Upon arrival, please go to the reception desk to check in. The condominium requires a security deposit of $3,000 MXN; this will be refunded at checkout, provided it has not been used for charges at the complex's restaurant.
- Food and drinks are not permitted in the common areas; there are on-site restaurants available.
- Reception hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Therefore, it is important to check in between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
- If you arrive after 9 p.m. due to flight issues or delays, please let us know with time and ask us for instructions.
- Please send the full names/official IDs of all adults and the full names of the minors.
- Glass containers are not allowed in common areas.
- No pets.
- Please do not open or attempt to open the locked storage units; they belong to the owners. If this occurs, a fine of $500 pesos will be imposed.
- We can issue an invoice for tax purposes, just request it!
